Q2- I can't get registred on the website.

Have you completed your registration ?  You should receive an email to activate your account, please click on a link. Your Melun Retro Passion account is create ! If you didn't receive that email, please have a look on your SPAM BOX.

Your lost your passeword you can click on " FORGOT YOUR PASSEWORD". It is an automatic emailling ,If you haven't completed your registration that email will be sent automatically but your account still doesn't work.

Q12 - What means EXCHANGE/REPAIR ?

Items in Exchange/ repair are items reconditioned that why we need the old part. As soon as we receive the old part, please count a delay of 15 days to send back the new part.

Q13 - I wish to send back parts ?

Please contact us before to send it back.
For personal reasons you are not satisfed, you have  a delai of 10 days to send back. The part should be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, not torn and full. We will refund the price of the part less 20% for damage of selling price. Please follow these instructions :
Put back to the original packaging.
Add a copy of the bill with a explicative mail.
