CHASSIS JP4 ELECTRO-ZINGUE, transport on estimate

The electro-zinc plated chassis for the Renault JP4 (part number CHASSISJP4) is a brand-new approved spare part, manufactured in strict accordance with the original manufacturer's specifications and standards. Designed as a complete replacement for the original chassis, it ensures full restoration of the vehicle's load-bearing structure while respecting the original dimensions and sheet thicknesses.

Additional technical information:
This chassis uses the second-type torsion bar mounting system (models from October 1978 onwards). When fitting to a pre-October 1978 vehicle, the latest-model front torsion bar system must be adopted. Depending on the year and model, some drilling adjustments may be required. Hardware is upgraded from the original 7 mm to 8 mm — bolt kit available separately (Ref: VISCHASSIS4L). The chassis is ready to receive body gaskets (Ref: 142216), sealants (Ref: 267084) and paint (consult your paint supplier regarding the use of a primer).
Chassis number stamping: Melun Retro Passion is authorised to stamp your original chassis number onto the new frame, subject to presentation of the vehicle registration document (copy by post, email, fax or original) and a photograph of the original stamp (Ref: MARKING).
Shipping and conditions: Given its dimensions (3.13 m x 1.41 m, 70 kg), shipping is arranged by quotation only; a specific crate is added to shipping costs (Ref: CAISSECHASSIS, 230 € incl. VAT). No returns are accepted on this product.
